St. Charles Church
In the 17th century The Emperor Charles VI took a vow during a plague epidemic and years later a beautiful church was built and named St. Charles Church after the protector of the city. It’s considered to be the last work of the brilliant baroque architect Johann Bernhard Fischer von Erlach.
