The Amusingly Unconventional Topsy-Turvy Building in Poland
Once you see this fun house you will probably think it’s not real. Krzywy Domek , known as the Crooked House was certainly inspired by fairy tale illustrations- specifically by the illustrations made by Jan Marcin Szancer and the drawings of the artist Per Dahlberg. This oddly shaped building is about 4000 square meters in size and it is full of magic.
It has crooked doors and windows and twisted walls. It is placed in the seaside resort town Sopot and it attracts thousands of tourists who come to wonder at this architectural miracle. The building is a seat of restaurants, pubs, beauty salons, a shopping center and even a radio station.
