Since the North Korean government has a heavy restriction for photographing, Lafforgue had to find a way to smuggle (hide) these photographs on SD cards and bring them in his own country.
1. All of these photos testify how hard life is in North Korea.
2. You can see here how many of the rural citizens have to bring their kids to work in order to get the job done on time.
3. The photographer claims that these massive lines are in fact a part of the everyday life here. There is even a day (national holiday) when all citizens are required to visit monuments.
4. North Koreans are used to long waits, just look at this line just to get on a bus.
