9. The Danube, Europe
The Danube crosses ten countries and it’s the second largest river n Europe (the Volga in Russia is the largest). In terms of popularity it’s only matched by the Rhine. The river will take you around some of the coolest cities in Europe like Vienna and Budapest.
10. The Spree, Germany
The Spree is known for its “old kingdoms” charm because it flows through Saxony, Bavaria and Bohemia. Its banks have stayed true to its medieval past with cities like Doksany in the Czech Republic where the TV series The Musketeers are filmed.
