8 Absolutely Beautiful Staircases Embedded Into Nature

In most cases whenever we humans try to intervene with Mother Nature we tend to ruin much of its God given beauty.

No matter whether they are made of stone or wood, built by humans or by nature, these staircases passing through breathtaking mountain scenery and colorful landscapes can be a heavenly sight. So step on and join us on an adventure through some of thr most beautiful staircases in the world.

1. El Peñon De Guatape – El Penol, Colombia

This enormous Columbian piece of rock  was thought to be a natural inconvenient barrier until a group of adventurous hikers tried to climb it up in 1954. They needed 5 days and a lot of equipment to get to the top. Soon after, zigzag stairs were built in order to provide easier approach to the top and a better grasp of the amazing view from there.

Today there is an observation tower on the top of the stone, which although a private property, allows visitors to climb and enjoy the view for a little money.
