Elvis and Priscilla Presley`s former home is back on the market since it was listed for the first time ever more than two decades ago. The house was first purchased by Hard Rock Cafe founder Peter Morton for $9.8m. There were also rumors that he planned to tear down the mansion and redevelop the parcel.
Fortunately, he was prevented by a massive public outcry so he flipped the property for $14.5million four years later. The anonymous buyer waited two years and it`s now selling it for $30million.
As seen from the photos the mansion looks updated with new flooring, new laundry room, fresh paint, new electrical wiring and a brand new kitchen.
The 5.367 square-foot, three-bedroom residence is still the same from the outside as it was back in the 60`s and 70`s.
The mansion also features a carport, motor court and an attached guesthouse.
